Conventional deadlift checklist. The deadlift is one of the all time great exercises! If executed correctly it can provide huge benefits. Offering both increases in strength and muscle mass. Notice the words (if executed correctly).. Unfortunately the deadlift is often poorly performed leaving you feel rather sorry for the persons poor old back..Make sure you lock down the technique before you start loading up the weight with this movement!
