Full body workouts are some of my favourites. They enable you to hit all muscle groups in one workout and, if done 2-3x/week allow for enough volume to make some massive gains on strength and size. Here are two examples of full body workouts and notice how the structure of each involves the most taxing exercises going first and working are way to the least taxing exercises. Also notice the rep schemes where we start heavy weight low reps and move up to higher reps and lighter weight.
