One of most slept on muscles is the traps. But growing them can really help your upper body just look a little bigger overall. Exercises like deadlifts, wide grip shrugs and rack pulls are great ways to develop you traps. If your main focus is building size onto your traps, try to include these exercises one to twice a week.-Also, you need to incorporate progressive overload if you want them to grow. Increase your sets, reps or weight every week in order to increase your volume and your gains!
