BUILDING MUSCLE: WHAT DOES THE RESEARCH SAY? by Jason Maxwell – There's been a ton of fantastic research published in the past 10-15 years that has given us some amazing insights on how to train to build muscle. – For training the research shows that we should train each muscle 2-3x per week as this will allow us to maximize weekly volume and intensity.
